WellAWARE

WellAWARE was started as a collaboration between the University of Virginia, the Charlottesville Free Clinic, and Central Virginia Health Services. It is a neighborhood-based Community Health Worker program that aims to help medically underserved communities overcome obstacles to good health and healthcare. This logo was selected out of a group of several design submissions. Mine was chosen for it's clever usage of the letters W and A to create an image of two neighbors connecting outside of a home.
